1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 2agame ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 2agame website located at 2agame.club and all associated services, products, and features offered thereon.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 2agame platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the 2agame platform immediately.

These Terms are supplemented by the 2agame Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 2agame.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 2agame platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 2agame strictly prohibits use of the platform by minors. Age verification may be required at any point, including at registration, upon first withdrawal, or at any time 2agame has reasonable grounds to doubt a user's age. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed and any funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 2agame is lawful under the laws applicable to your location. 2agame makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. By registering, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction from which you access the platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Individuals under any legal disability that prevents them from entering enforceable agreements are not permitted to use the platform.
• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 2agame. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts.
• Not a restricted person: You confirm that you are not an employee, director, agent, contractor, or close family member of any employee of 2agame or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processing partners.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 2agame services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes, without limitation, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number (including the +92 country prefix), and a chosen password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2agame login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify 2agame immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 2agame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

2agame reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid government-issued identification document and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information in connection with your 2agame account constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Payments

2agame accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. These limits are subject to change at 2agame's discretion.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument owned by and registered in the name of the 2agame account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your 2agame account balance instantly upon successful confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon verification of the transfer receipt, which may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• 2agame does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which 2agame bears no responsibility.
• All deposited funds are held in your PKR account balance on the 2agame platform and may be used for betting, casino games, or withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• 2agame reserves the right to conduct additional verification on any deposit that it deems suspicious or potentially fraudulent. Deposits subject to investigation may be withheld pending completion of the investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability and applicable limits. 2agame reserves the right to require full identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where 2agame has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Details of applicable wagering requirements are disclosed in the relevant bonus terms at the time of the bonus offer.
• 2agame is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving payment provider or banking institution.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 2agame platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, casino, slots, crash games). These product-specific rules are available within each game or market and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 2agame does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been submitted and accepted by the system.
• In sports betting, 2agame reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including pricing errors or markets opened on an incorrect event. Voided bets will have stakes returned to the player's account balance.
• For live casino games using certified Random Number Generators (RNG), game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG. Results from all games are final and non-negotiable.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per game, and per day. These limits are disclosed within individual game interfaces and in the platform's betting rules documentation.
• 2agame reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any player who demonstrates betting patterns consistent with arbitrage, exploitation of promotions, or any other activity that 2agame determines in its reasonable discretion to constitute abusive use of the platform.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

2agame may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, or other incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. 2agame reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or through the operation of multiple accounts.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering completion.
• 2agame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2agame platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 2agame platform in a manner inconsistent with normal individual human use.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the 2agame platform. Any such errors must be reported to 2agame support immediately. Exploitation of known errors voids any resulting winnings.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any conduct that distorts the natural outcome of a betting or gaming event.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using 2agame for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Accessing 2agame from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2agame platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 2agame or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 2agame platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to resell, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit any portion of the 2agame platform for commercial purposes without the express written consent of 2agame.

10 Privacy & Data

2agame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the 2agame platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms.

2agame will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors (including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah), identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary for the provision of services.

11 Responsible Gaming

2agame is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible within account settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits may be set and will take effect immediately upon confirmation.
• Session time reminders: Configurable reminders that notify players after a defined duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporary account access restrictions of defined duration.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2agame and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the 2agame platform or any content thereon.

In no event shall 2agame's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 2agame account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

13 Termination

2agame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Upon termination of an account for cause, 2agame may withhold any balance pending investigation and, where applicable law permits, forfeit such balance.

Players in good standing may request account closure at any time by contacting 2agame support. Upon valid closure request, any remaining PKR balance (excluding pending bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method.

14 Amendments

2agame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on record or by prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the 2agame platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2agame is incorporated. You acknowledge that any legal proceedings relating to your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 2agame from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it has legitimate grounds to protect its intellectual property or prevent unlawful conduct.
